Flight or train tickets, special darshan, entry tickets and medical support are included only when specifically mentioned in the selected package.

Yes. Our senior-special yatras are planned with a slower pace, regular rest breaks, senior-friendly hotels, minimum unnecessary walking, medication reminders and mobility assistance. Selected packages may also include a trained nurse, wheelchair backup, BP and sugar monitoring, oxygen support and on-call doctor assistance.

You can select your preferred yatra on the website and submit the booking enquiry form. Our team will contact you to confirm travel dates, number of guests, room requirements, health and mobility needs, transport options and final package price. Your booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

Cancellation charges depend on how many days before departure the cancellation request is received and on the policies of airlines, railways, hotels and other service providers. Non-refundable flight, train, hotel, darshan or permit charges will be deducted. The remaining eligible amount will be processed according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

A trained nurse is provided only in packages that specifically mention onboard nursing support. Depending on the package, assistance may include medication reminders, hydration monitoring, BP and sugar checks, first-aid support, wheelchair coordination and emergency hospital mapping. This support does not replace hospital treatment or a personal doctor.

Travellers should provide details of current medicines, allergies, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, major medical conditions and emergency contacts. Guests with serious heart, respiratory, neurological or uncontrolled medical conditions should consult their doctor before travelling and carry sufficient medicines and prescriptions.

Wheelchair backup and mobility assistance are available on selected senior-special packages. Palki, battery vehicle, golf cart, jeep, ropeway or special local assistance may be arranged where available. These services are subject to local rules, availability and additional charges unless specifically included in the package.

Yes. Temple timings, darshan queues, weather, traffic, flight or train delays, road closures, local administration and security restrictions may require changes. The Tour Manager may adjust the order, timing or duration of visits to protect guest safety and maintain the smooth operation of the journey.
